经常接到类似的短信：
“您好，本公司代开重庆正规机打发票，网上可查询验证，电话…………”
“您好，本公司有大量进项，如代开正规机打发票，网上可查询验证，电话…………”
如果留意了，再联系后，一番沟通后达成意向：手续费为金额的2%左右，正规机打发票。
然后交易后会得到一张正规机打发票（大国税或小国税+代开专用章节），用APP验证不通过 ，如果通过国税网上查，在发票流向查询，即可查到有错误，比如：日期、金额不符合。
